May 16-04: Lemon Meringue
was featured in the Cheese Boutique’s Festival of Chefs, a
celebration of ten of Toronto’s best chefs.
Sonia and Slava offered samples of their popular dinner appetizer:
roasted tomato salad.
A combination of the deep intensity of roasted tomatoes with fresh
goat cheese and tomato jam, this symphony of flavours sits on a
layer of crispy potatoes and aged balsamic shallot vinaigrette.
